Professional COMPETITION BBQ IS BACK IN TOWN
Saturday, July 26, 2025, join the UW Girls Volleyball Team at the fairground under the grandstands!
Be sure to attend the People's Choice commencing at 3 p.m. and get served by the University of Wyoming Volleyball Team!
BBQ competitors from local areas and across the country will descend upon Laramie, Wyoming, for competition barbeque at this year's 2nd Annual Albany County Fair Smokin' BBQ event!
This contest will consist of two team events. KCBS professional teams will display KCBS-style BBQ in four meat categories. Chicken, Ribs, Pork, and Brisket will be presented to KCBS-certified BBQ judges for the title of Grand Champion.
The Backyard teams will compete in a Rib category and an Anything Goes category for their title of Grand Champion Backyard. The Public is INVITED and ENCOURAGED to come out to this great Wyoming barbeque and help select the People's Choice Award for bragging rights.
